Your first 30-night supply, whether one-time or the first month of a subscription. Subsequent subscription shipments are not covered by the guarantee — but you can cancel anytime from your account before the next renewal.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 14 days of the carrier's delivery date and we'll replace it free of charge.
If you ordered by mistake and the carton is unopened, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund minus return shipping. Email us first for a return label.
